Health & Safety Policy
Our policy is to provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, equipment, and systems of work.
To seek and obtain such information and training as may be necessary for the purpose. To provide, so far as is reasonably practicable, a safe and healthy environment for other persons who may be affected by our activities.
The allocation of duties for safety matters and the particular arrangements, which we will make to implement this policy, are set down below.
The policy will be kept up to date, particularly if the business changes in nature and size. To ensure this, the policy and the way in which it has operated will be reviewed every year.
Overall and final responsibility for Health and Safety in the company is that of David Park, the proprietor.
We will meet this commitment by:-
a) The provision and maintenance of equipment, cleaning solutions, and systems of work which are safe so far as is reasonably practicable.
b) The making of arrangements for ensuring, so far as is reasonably practicable, safety and absence of risk in connection with the use, handling, storage and transport of articles and substances. First Aid facilities are in carried in every vehicle.
c) Our undertaking is conducted in such a way as to ensure, so far as is reasonably practicable, that persons who are not employees of Dalzell Window Cleaning Service who may be affected by our work practices are not exposed to risk by our actions.
