Every time we visit, we’ll leave a card letting you know which one of us cleaned your windows, if you’ve paid or not, the state of your account, and the date when we’re due back. There's an example on the Contact page for you to have a look at.

We’ll clean your windows for the agreed price every four weeks, but six-weekly over Xmas & New Year. If our prices have to increase, we’ll give you at least four weeks notice.

Insides need cleaned? Please give at least a couple of days warning before your next scheduled clean - don’t just spring it on us on the day! Or, if you have to stay in for workmen or a delivery - why not schedule an inside clean for the same afternoon?

Secondary glazing? Call us, and we can chat about what’s best for you.

Caravan? Is it looking a bit jaded after the summer? Could do with a bit of a wash and brush up? No problem for us. We'll use our Water Fed Pole system to spruce up your van's exterior- and we'll reach the roof too!

Solar panels? Not the easiest of things to spruce up - but we usually can! Weather boards, soffits, fascias, the outside of guttering - in fact just about any normally inaccessible area of the outside of your house can be cleaned by our water-fed poles using ultra-pure water for an astonishing result.

Swimming Pool? Not happy on using too many chemicals, but not too happy about a little green building up on the tiles either? We can help! If you ever have to drain it for some maintenance, we can use our completely pure water system to clean off any algae - very kind to your tiles, and no nasty cleaning chemicals either!

Conservatory? Did you know we’re really good at bringing the frames and roof on your conservatory back to “nearly new” - even though they’ve been green for some time?

We try and get to new customers as soon as we can after you've made contact - obviously you'd like your windows cleaned ASAP!

By the time that happens, we'll have worked out where exactly to place you in our round.

The next time we come to clean won't be exactly four weeks, but after that you'll definitely be on our four-weekly schedule.

If you recommend our services to any other residential client in an area we already clean, and they become one of our regular clients, we'll be delighted.

It means you think enough of Dalzell Window Cleaning Service and our staff to put us forward, and your own reputation on the line.

Once that person has become one of our regular clients, we think you'll be delighted too. Because, to show our appreciation, we'll take the value of their monthly clean off your bill.

It doesn't matter what that price is - even if it's higher than yours, that's what you'll get back!

NEVER send cash in the post, and NEVER EVER leave cash anywhere on the outside of your property for us to collect, unless it’s a on a first floor window ledge and we access it by ladder.
