Trading Terms and Conditions

1) We'll agree between us on how often Dalzell Window Cleaning Service will clean your windows and the price, and how and when you'll pay for the service.
2) We clean your windows.
3) You pay us on time - as agreed.

It's that simple.

However . . .

We are not a charity, and if a polite request for payment of an outstanding bill doesn't result in the account being brought up to date, all amounts outstanding for payment will be recovered by legal means. You'll end up paying for the collection, court fees, and other related costs in addition to the original sum.

Naturally, you have the right to terminate the service provided to you at anytime. However we ask that if you decide to cancel we require at least a week's notice from you.

Physical or verbal abuse will not be tolerated against any of our staff or customers. If you have a complaint against anyone at Dalzell Window Cleaning Service please contact us immediately, we'll look into the matter straight away and get back to you with our findings.

If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service, don't just grumble away to yourself - TELL US! If you think something's not right, let us know and we'll do our level best to put it right for you as quickly as we can.
