What We Do

Methods

We work with virtually all window-cleaning methods:- micro-fibre cloths (the 21st century equivalent of 19th century scrim); applicator & blade; extension poles; ladder-work; and water-fed pole technology currently up to 60ft.

Sparkle Cleans

Are used to bridge the gap between the builder's clean and when the building is finally available for sale, or to help bring a jaded rental property back to life before the next let.

Frames and sills are all dusted down and washed and the windows are cleaned inside and out. We'll also give landlords a report on the state of the windows - just because they might be out of sight, they shouldn't be out of mind!

Builder's Cleans

As you'd expect, the first clean directly after construction is known as the Builder's Clean.

For this, all labels, plaster, paint, and plastic pre-construction coatings are removed from the sill, frames and glass itself. Then the sills, frames and all glazed panels are thoroughly cleaned on both sides.

You'll be amazed at the difference this makes to what used to be thought of as a building site.

Maintenance Cleans

This is what most people think of when they mention "window cleaning" - a scheduled clean, on a regular basis. It can be outsides only or inside and out, but it's timed to keep the windows looking good. This means you have one less thing to worry about, because you know that we're on top of the situation for you.
