Efficiency 

 

After each clean, we leave a card with your next due date as well as a receipt of payment/monies due

 

Our schedule is a rolling one, so please be patient if there has been bad weather. If we haven't arrived on the due date, don't worry - we haven't forgotten you... we are playing catch up and will be with you asap

 

To maintain the efficiency of our schedule, we are unable to offer appointment based cleans such as internals or one-offs

 

Where required, please leave access for us until we have been, alternatively, supplying us with a garden gate or spare stair key so you can have the peace of mind that we will get all your windows cleaned without you needing to wait around

 

All customer spare keys are insured (we do charge full price if we arrive on schedule and cannot gain access to rear windows)

Accounts

 

We accept the following payment methods:

 

Cash: we do not expect you to wait in for us, so do not worry if we miss you, we will catch up on a subsequent visit. Alternatively, money can be left in a safe place or on an upper ledge weighted in a money bag to protect from the elements
